While working on the cooler remanufacturing process, assist in the continued operation of the Cooler Finish Line’s daily operation. This role will be responsible for completing daily orders, training, and Quality Control
The overall duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the Company Safety Policy.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel.
- Assist in writing and reviewing existing and new SOPs.
- Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and process.
- Troubleshoot and investigate production and quality issues.
- Report unusual conditions or circumstances to supervisor.
- Managing supply and inventory levels.
- Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Multitask while assisting team members as needed.
