Food & Beverage Data Analyst $25-$31 per hour

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):

1. Serve as a resource and subject matter expert on complex report writing on multiple Food & Beverage information systems; meet with F&B Management to discuss and clarify requests for reports and make recommendations to address possible issues.
2. Investigate and resolve all data and report inquires/discrepancies.
3. Develop and prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports and Food & Beverage forms regarding inventory control systems and Food & Beverage operations and all other ad-hoc reports with a high level of confidentiality.
4. Obtain necessary approvals before releasing any report with employee names to other departments.
5. Document steps on the setup of all reports, the parameters, who the report is sent to, and frequency.
6. Collect and analyze data to maintain all departmental metrics, as well as all general metrics; communication with F&B Management to discuss and develop additional metrics.
7. Automate metrics and create dashboard for F&B Management to discuss and develop additional metrics.
8. Maintain all departmental standard operating procedures.
9. Audit data entered in F&B Systems daily.
10. Provide Food & Beverage department support with complete confidentiality and discretion.
11. Other work-related duties or projects as directed by F&B Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience Required:        

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in F&B Systems:
  • Squirrel Point of Sale
  • xDine Online Ordering Platform
  • Red Rock Purchasing Platform
  • Dayforce Time Keeping

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Management, Food Industry Management, Hospitality Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
