Human Resources Surveillance Analyst $23.00 per hour

   PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):

1. Observe and report on all areas under surveillance to assure compliance with Casino regulations, gaming, and Human Resources policies and procedures.
2. Responsible for investigating reports and all special projects as assigned by the Surveillance department and/or HR Management. Conducts due diligence on all internal and external investigations.
3. Must be able to make common sense decisions regarding irregular activities and exercise care and judgment in handling of sensitive information.
4. Possess the knowledge to completely operate the surveillance system and be able to utilize all of the various functions.  Must become proficient in calling up cameras as needed in a timely manner. 
5. Must be able to write/type departmental reports and be able to complete all reports thoroughly, accurately and in an objective manner.
6. Must become familiar with all games played in the Casino, game protection and governmental regulations.
7. Investigate and resolve all data and report inquires/discrepancies.
8. Develop and prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports regarding surveillance, employee relations, leave of absences, worker’s compensation, training, benefits, recruitment and all other ad-hoc reports with a high level of confidentiality.
9. Obtain necessary approvals before releasing any report with employee names to other departments.
10. Provide human resources support with complete confidentiality and discretion.
11. Other work-related duties or projects as directed by HR Managers or the Executive Director of Human Resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience Required:        

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SQL.
• Experience utilizing Ceridian Dayforce software preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

SCHEDULED HOURS

Commerce Casino operates 24 hours, 7 days a week.  Schedules may vary depending on business needs.
