Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA, Part Time, Milwaukee, WI  $3,500 Sign on Bonus

 

Community Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs who are committed to teamwork and providing great care to become a part of our compassionate caregiving team. We are offering rewarding opportunities to provide care and service in peaceful, tidy and a well-supplied residential setting that is home to a sister community we serve. This is a full time opportunity on our 1st shift for our Sacred Heart location at 1555 S. Layton Blvd, Milwaukee, WI 53215. 

 

Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Responsibilities:  

  • Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor/manager is responsible for providing various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs, support and health status of Community Care program members. 

  • Possibility of becoming a Med Passer 

 

Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Requirements:  

  • Education: High School diploma or GED preferred 

  • Licensure: A current Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant required  

  • Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia. 

 

Certified Nursing Assistant/CNA Job Schedule: 

  • 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 24 hours a week  

  • Every other weekend 

  • Every other holiday
