Forklift Driver/Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime (1-2 hours) and occasional Saturday shifts based on customer needs.

Pay Rate: $20-22 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our dedicated team for a long-term employment opportunity lasting approximately 3-5 years. The position involves operating large forklifts (10,000-15,000 lbs capacity) to unload trucks containing computer servers and related equipment, maintaining warehouse organization, and handling various other tasks. Forklift certification is required, and experience with rigging or cranes would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate large forklifts (10,000-15,000 lbs) to load and unload palletized goods, including heavy computer servers and equipment.
• Spot and signal for other forklift operators.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness, including sweeping and general housekeeping.
• Inspect incoming servers and equipment for any damage or defects.
• Update inventory records using a phone, tablet, or hand scanner.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating large forklifts (certification required).
• Experience with rigging or cranes is a plus.
• Strong attention to safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
• Willingness to commit to a long-term position (3-5 years).
