Inventory Clerk Job Description
The Clerk will reconcile all customer owned inventory with a strong focus on customer service and accuracy.
Inventory Clerk Job Responsibilities:
- Make customer-approved adjustments in SAP to reconcile inventory.
- Daily working of received items.
- Monitor and clear negative out of balance items.
- Daily monitor of customer discrepancies.
- Run daily reports as required.
- Work with internal customers for inventory discrepancy issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Inventory Clerk Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of production material flow
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attentive to detail and follow through
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of SAP software
- Works well under pressure and with people at different levels within the organization
- Enjoys problem solving
- High School diploma or GED
