Warehouse Inventory Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Warehouse Inventory Lead to join our team in Columbus, OH!

1st Shift- 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday

Rate of pay- $19-20.00/HR, paid weekly!

Warehouse Inventory Lead Description:

The warehouse inventory lead is responsible for managing the organization, accuracy, and maintenance of inventories and related records. They are responsible for resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate transactions between operations and the warehouse, and monitoring supply levels.

Warehouse Inventory Lead Responsibilities:

• Monitor and perform key functions related to inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify, anticipate, and resolve inventory-related issues with strong problem-solving skills.
• Conduct cycle counts, research and document inventory discrepancies, and identify root causes with possible solutions.
• Assist in ensuring supplier picks are filed accurately and promptly.
• Inspect products in their locations to verify quantities and correct labeling.
• Audit cycle counters daily to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Learn and understand all aspects of the inventory process.
• Provide support in resolving any inventory issues that arise.

Warehouse Inventory Lead Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Understanding of material movement, both inbound and outbound.
• Moderate to high level of expertise with Excel, including Pivot Tables.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP applications (preferred).
• Strong data entry skills—this is a must.
• At least 1 year of experience in an inventory-control-related role.
• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Close attention to detail, especially when handling part numbers and locations
