We are looking for a Welder to join the team!
What’s MTESC?
The Mail Transport Equipment Service Center (MTESC) is an integrated network of facilities that manages mail transport equipment, including sacks, trays, pallets and wheeled containers. The MTESC processes, repairs, stores and distributes equipment to postal sites and large-volume mailers.
2nd Shift- 3pm-11:30pm
(Weekends and Overtime may be required dependent on client needs)
Pay rate:
Make up to $20.38/hr

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES:
-Inspects and performs welding repairs.
- Determines what parts are needed for repairs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SPECIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS:
Welder certification or equivalent experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds, push/pull up to 40 pounds
2 years experience using aluminum welder, c-clamps, crowbar, cutting torch, grinder, hammer, cutter, pliers, and steel welder
Able to work within a team environment
Minimum 1 year of experience using various tools including pneumatic, and performing hydraulic repairs
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to follow instruction from supervisor
