Entertainment Game Day Staff

Position:                  TSE Entertainment Game Day Staff

Department:            Entertainment

Reports to:              Entertainment Manager

Status:                     Seasonal – Carolina Panthers / Charlotte FC

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with all logistics for Entertainment Talent, such as National Anthem Performers, Color Guard, Flag Holders, Keep Pounding Drummer, Coronation Honoree, In-game Host, and Halftime Performers
• Execute on-field elements for each home game
• Assist with game day set up and break down
• Assisting with special events such as, but not limited to: Training Camp, Draft Party, Tree Lighting, College football, High School Football, Specialty Soccer Matches, etc
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be available for at least 75% of games for each season (Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC)
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have an interest in sports marketing and/or fan appreciation programming
• Must be flexible to work holidays, evenings and/or weekends
• Must pass pre-employment screens

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Lift at least 40 pounds

Work Environment

This job operates mostly outside in a stadium facility (at times which may include inclement weather conditions).
