ROLE SUMMARY

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Manager of Growth Marketing with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience managing key paid acquisition channels or paid media agencies. The ideal candidate has performance marketing experience managing agencies or running campaigns on both Facebook and Google Search.  This person will need to be highly analytical, detail oriented, flexible and comfortable in a fast paced and collaborative environment. Reporting into the CMO, this position is responsible for managing agencies and project managing critical projects that drive scalable and sustainable growth, in line with the company’s business goals.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Grow Efficiencies of Our Paid Media Channels

  • Work closely with our agency to manage key user acquisition channels, including Facebook, Google Search, and other channels in the future.
  • Tightly manage and work with third-party agency to do the following:
    • Optimize campaigns, measure campaign performance to derive insights to inform future campaigns, etc. 
    • Manage budgets to ensure monthly budget allocations to hit CAC, CPA and ROAS targets. 
    • Pull together reporting and dashboards to inform continued optimization and decision-making for future investment
    • Design and analyze channel level experiments utilizing platform tools to run a/b tests for creative, copy, and landing pages.
  • Work directly with the creative team to ideate on creative concepts, brief in assets, give feedback based on paid marketing best practices, and provide reporting back to creative team for iteration.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and share out performance metrics with leadership to provide visibility into channel level performance.

Lead Key Growth Projects (for Marketing) – Underperforming Markets

  • Collaborate closely with Operations and key cross-functional partners, e.g., Sales, Strategy to grow local awareness, conversion and/or engagement in the underperforming markets; continue to optimize as needed until key targets/metrics are achieved
    • Work closely with local marketing freelancers/teachers and studio leadership in key underperforming markets to identify, prioritize and support local marketing opportunities, gather required information and support initiatives to drive studio and market turnaround
    • Partner with marketing and digital team to identify local opportunities and project manage department/team to facilitate timely execution
  • Brief in creative/channel needs (as needed for the underperforming markets)
  • Train markets around local marketing opportunities/ideas, how-to and tactics and tools/templates to leverage

Marketing Analytics

  • Work closely with our Analytics agency and Strategy to drive marketing and student insights to better inform marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Help lead/manage key marketing analytics projects including LTV segmentation/ analysis, customer segmentation, Free Week ROAS/correlation, etc.

Other

  • Manage process with content creators as it relates to paid media creative development – from briefing to payment and relationship management
  • Support managing overall marketing budget and reconciliation with finance

 

EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of acquisition/growth marketing experience
  • Experience with Facebook Ads required; familiarity with Google Search and other platforms a bonus.
  • Solid excel, google and communication skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Emotional maturity – ability to work under stressful situations and reporting into C-level executives
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate well with cross-functional partners
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

COMPENSATION

  • $70K Base Salary
  • 15% Bonus
