CCE Account Associate
BASIC PURPOSE:
The Account Associate (AA) will have the primary responsibility of providing support to existing clients. This includes but is not limited to responding to general client inquiries, preparing and providing client deliverables, and ensuring excellent customer service is provided. The AA is responsible for developing and maintaining optimal rapport with schools through responsive follow-up and ongoing relationship building. The AA works in conjunction with the Account Management and Sales Teams to ensure that assigned orders are managed effectively resulting in client satisfaction of the company’s services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Responsible for maintaining excellent professional relationships with the clients.
· Actively involved in providing a positive customer service experience.
· Responsible for ensuring that the client's work is done appropriately and in a timely manner.
· Act as liaison between Cross Country Education, clients, Sales Team and Operations Teams.
· Supports with client orders and questions, as needed.
· Supports with collection and processing of upcoming needs for existing clients.
· Supports with database updates to client and individual school profiles.
· Collaborate with departments to obtain necessary report updates related to fiscal and service provision to provide to clients as requested/required.
· Foster a collaborative relationship with all departments to effectively ensure schools’ needs are being met.
· Service all current and potential clients in a professional and positive manner at all times.
· Oversees daily activities of priority clients and programs.
· Field new client email/phone requests and inquiries.
· Assists with operation department duties.
· Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Two years of experience in a business or school office environment.
· One year of experience with charter schools, districts and/or SELPA’s in Northern and/or Southern CA area preferred.
· One year of experience on the Cross Country Education Operations Team preferred.
· Customer service, sales and/or marketing experience are a plus.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. College courses preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
