2030 - 2648 - Pricing Process Analyst

Come join our team!  Global medical device manufacturer, DeRoyal, has an opportunity for an experienced Pricing Analyst to join our corporate team in Powell, TN.  The Pricing Analyst will oversee the day-to-day workflow related to the pricing duties and responsibilities outlined below. The Analyst will work with the Contracts Manager to develop and implement pricing-related goals for the Contracts Department.

Some Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for coordinating and implementing the yearly review process for adjusting dealer pricing and communicating price changes to the distributors and required internal departments.

• Process distributor requests for dealer pricing.

• Work with the VP of Sales, Sr. Director of Sales Operations, and Chief Legal Officer to analyze pricing for local agreements. Communicate price changes to the distributors and required internal departments.

• Responsible for local agreement clean-up and file maintenance. Work to combine multiple individual local agreements into one agreement.

• Communicate to Distributors all local agreement updates.

• Responsible for the release of daily EDIs.

• Work with the salesforce to process price requests and research/ respond to pricing inquiries in the email inbox.  

•  Oversee the initial setup of pricing for all new direct customers.

• Proficient in JDE, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel functions V-Lookup and Pivot Tables. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and 2 years of previous contract, pricing or data analysis experience required. 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures/amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and complex percentages.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: General knowledge of ten-key, office copier, fax machine, and computer required. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Previous experience with Microsoft Access and PowerPoint preferred. Desire and ability to learn mainframe software and PC software required. A good phone presence is required. Ability to work under limited supervision required.
