Opportunity:
The core duty of this position is to collaborate with the Academic team to create and validate assessment processes and techniques in accordance with recognized accreditation standards. Additionally, the role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support these assessment processes. Evaluating and communicating opportunities for curriculum improvement based on data analysis and studies is another essential aspect of this role. It encompasses cross-functional collaboration across the University to offer strategic advice, consultation, and solutions that align with the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities:
•    Collaborates with the Deans of Colleges & Curriculum to address matters related to assessing student learning outcomes.
•    Plans, coordinates, and organizes assessment practices and processes as needed, aligning with the University Assessment Plan.
•    Assists subject matter experts in creating meaningful and appropriate assessments of student learning.
•    Takes the lead in developing, organizing, analyzing, and reporting on student learning outcomes and related activities upon request.
•    Supports institutional and programmatic accreditation activities by producing accurate and high-quality reports, data, and necessary information.
•    Executes all requested activities related to licensure and compliance.
•    Records, manages, and disseminates confidential and sensitive assessment and survey data and results as appropriate.
•    Effectively communicates results verbally and in writing, delivering clear and concise reports and presentations.
•    Assists in the preparation of annual assessment reports and three-year program reviews, emphasizing the quality of assessment findings influencing institutional decision-making, as required.
•    Stays informed about industry trends in assessing student learning and accreditation-related activities.
•    Aids in the evaluation and monitoring of per-session course outcomes, as requested.
•    Offers strategic advice and consultation to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of modifications and enhancements to existing operations, systems, and procedures.
•    Assumes management and other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
•    Minimum requirement: Master's degree
•    Substantial professional experience of at least 5 years in various aspects, including but not limited to data analysis, project management, and the implementation of process improvement strategies.
•    Proven expertise in conducting comprehensive data analyses, showcasing a deep understanding of statistical methodologies and data interpretation.
•    Successful track record in managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and achieving project objectives.
•    Demonstrated proficiency in driving process improvement initiatives, implementing efficient workflows, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for process enhancements.
•    Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools and technologies used in data analysis and project management.
•    Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
•    Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities and meet project deadlines.
•    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner.
•    Strategic mindset with the capability to align assessment analyses with broader organizational goals.
•    Proactive in staying abreast of emerging trends in data analysis methodologies and tools, ensuring the application of innovative practices in the field.
•    Familiarity with accreditation standards and the ability to integrate them into assessment analyses and improvement initiatives.
•    Proven commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct in handling sensitive assessment data.

Preferred:
•    3 to 5 years in an administrative role within higher education preferred.
•    Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to Competency-based education and assessment.
