PAY: $19.23/hour USD

 

OPPORTUNITY: 

The Registrar Specialist is an entry-level position and assists in reviewing student academic records for admission and continued enrollment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follows daily game plan and completes assigned tasks to support department goals.
  • Uses Student Information System (SIS), web-based degree audit tool, Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and an electronic academic record platform to perform duties.
  • Responsible for meeting individual and departmental goals
  • Provides input for process efficiencies and improvements
  • Participates in cross training to expand knowledge and task capabilities.
  • Provides customer service to colleagues and students.
  • Interprets and enforces academic policy and follows standard operating procedures.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
