PAY: $19.23/hour USD
OPPORTUNITY:
The Registrar Specialist is an entry-level position and assists in reviewing student academic records for admission and continued enrollment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows daily game plan and completes assigned tasks to support department goals.
- Uses Student Information System (SIS), web-based degree audit tool, Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and an electronic academic record platform to perform duties.
- Responsible for meeting individual and departmental goals
- Provides input for process efficiencies and improvements
- Participates in cross training to expand knowledge and task capabilities.
- Provides customer service to colleagues and students.
- Interprets and enforces academic policy and follows standard operating procedures.
- Completes other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Positive attitude
- Technical skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office
