Campaigns Manager
Discovery Education is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Campaigns Manager for K-12 Marketing to manage our national campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Campaigns Manager, the Campaigns Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Discovery Education’s marketing national campaign initiatives, designed to drive growth across acquisition, expansion and renewal. The ideal candidate will be a creative, data-driven marketer, with the ability to plan and execute multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns designed to create demand, accelerate pipeline, and fuel revenue growth. Being cross-functionally oriented, you will also collaborate closely with all Creative, Brand, Communications, and Product Marketing to develop best in class K-12 marketing campaigns executed with excellence.
This role will sit in our Charlotte Headquarters with a hybrid work schedule.
About the Role
- Develop integrated campaign plans based on business objectives with a focus on meeting or achieving results, including targeting, key messages, tactics, content, enabling sales, and KPIs.
- Manage high-impact marketing campaigns targeting a variety of personas and products using an integrated set of tactics including email, paid media, content, video, direct mail, etc.
- Partner effectively with web, digital, marketing ops, content, regional marketing, and product marketing to deliver innovative targeted campaigns with strong messaging, content, and CTAs.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize based on data and insights to maximize ROI and prioritize resources.
- Produce campaign reporting and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Integrate testing and experimentation techniques into campaigns to generate insights and enable ongoing optimization.
- Enable sales with timely updates on campaign plans, launches, and performance.
- Manage campaign budgets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in campaigns management or demand generation with a track record of delivering concrete business results.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Data-driven, “test and learn” mindset with experience analyzing results to provide recommendations.
- Proficiency with digital marketing channels and tactics including experience in email, SEM/PPC, SEO, display, paid social, and video.
- Strong communication skills, and ability to articulate campaign strategy, insights, and recommendations to internal and external audiences.
- Innovative, curious, and continuously learning from customers, data, teammates, and market research to develop campaign strategies and amplify results.
- Detail-oriented, masterful multi-tasker who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
