What part will you play?

Seeking team member to work cross functionally with various departments within the organization on Supply Chain issue resolutions.

*** Location: Prefer candidates who live in the Kenilworth, NJ area for a Hybrid role however will consider virtual candidates in the EST or CST time zone.

What will you be doing?

• Handles inquiries and requests L1 and L2 providing resolution in professional manner escalating requests to Manager as needed.
• Keep detailed records of interactions, documenting all correspondence and action plans.
• Updates various reports and D365 with ESD Updates and Tracking Information. (Direct Delivery reports/Open PO Reports/Month End Reports
• Manages Vendor Confirmations Mailbox
• Perform duties as assigned. For example, additional requests that come out of Purchasing and Supply Chain Departments.

What do we require from you?

• Required/ Knowledge, Experience and Skills: 
• 1+-experience of Call Center Expertise (handle inbound requests); prefer 3+ years’ experience

• Preferred /Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree  
• Strong time management skills
• Strong Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Great phone presence
• Highly organized
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Smartsheet experience
• NetSuite experience
• Prior supply chain and purchasing experience.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
