QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards
- Prior Kitchen Worker experience
- Must have interpersonal skills and demonstrate a positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude
- Personnel within this job classification perform those duties normally associated with responsibilities for overall kitchen cleanliness/sanitation, stove/equipment cleaning, dishwashing and pot washing.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Clark County Health District Card
- Culinary Union Referral
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and grasping.
- These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Constant contact with fellow team members
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
