As the Senior Architectural Manager, you will:

  • Lead the creation of innovative home designs from concept to final working drawings, ensuring each project reflects the highest standards of quality and precision.
  • Oversee the permitting process, ensuring permits are secured and homes are ready to start within 30 days of release.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, field staff, and sales teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution, with accurate lot fits and modifications.
  • Manage all field changes and repairs, working directly with engineers and field teams to ensure code compliance and quality control.
  • Provide critical input to land development teams, cross-checking third-party civil engineering submissions for compliance with project specifications.
  • Manage federal, state, and local development and building permits, ensuring compliance throughout the entire construction process.
  • Lead plan reviews and frame walk meetings, ensuring timely revisions and updates that meet the latest building codes and project requirements.

 

Requirements:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing architecture or design teams in residential home construction or a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in CADD and Procore (or similar construction management software).
  • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to drive successful project outcomes.
