Due to a promotion, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our growing 2nd Shift manufacturing team. If you're passionate about manufacturing and want to be a part of our innovative rubber products division, this is your opportunity.
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday
Hours: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM
Production Supervisor Salary: $68,000 - $85,000, based on experience
Core Contributions:
- Drive a culture of continuous safety and empower your team to speak up if they see something unsafe.
- Lead a team of Machine Operators.
- Coach and develop teammates so they know how to do their jobs efficiently, safely, and have confidence that they know what they’re doing.
- Monitor production and ensure scheduling needs and quality standards are met.
- Provide regular communications so the team knows what’s going on and what is coming down the road.
- Coordinate training to provide continuous safety awareness and development of technical and soft skills.
- Drive continuous improvement through your ideas and encourage ideas from your Machine Operators.
- Coordinate with our Testing Lab, Purchasing, and Sales to ensure materials are available at the right time.
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of equipment to minimize the disruption to production.
Essential Experiences:
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must have prior experience as a Production Supervisor or Assistant Production Supervisor
- 3+ years of experience leading people
- 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
