THE POSITION
Our people make us pretty great! Our friendly and enthusiastic team help create fun and surprise as they interact with guests to deliver the ultimate guest experience.
As an eCommerce Associate (Part-Time) you will
- Answer customers’ incoming phone calls and emails
- Process phone, online and catalog orders
- Pack and ship outgoing orders
- Process incoming customer returns and exchanges
- Assist in updating website for product availability, price changes, etc.
- Collect and transfer merchandise needed to fulfill orders from brick-and-mortar store
- Assist in allocation of product to online store and reactivation on website
- Process customer sales through POS
- Open and close POS
- Prepare deposits when needed
- Performs all opening and closing operations
- File paperwork and shred out of date paperwork
- Check and answer emails received at guest service email address
- Assist in cycle counts of products
- Assist eCommerce Manager and Store Director as needed
- Builds strong relationships with team members to align and support execution of business results
- Actively pursues opportunities to promote self-development
- Creates a learning environment by modeling Company’s core values
- Fosters Partner team member relationships to support business initiatives and growth
- Complies with Company personnel policies
Qualifications:
- Collaborative player with the confidence and integrity to earn partner and internal team confidence quickly
- Previous eCommerce or fulfillment experience is a plus
- Previous retail and customer service experience is also a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to provide optimal guest service ensuring that guest needs are met in a timely manner
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to multi-task, answer multi-line phones and be computer literate.
