EXL is hiring a SAVP Digital Solution Center Products and Platforms

Act as a bridge between Client, Business and Technology teams during the creation of new systems required for offering new products/services to stake holders.

Initiate, analyze, specify and verify business requirements

Responsible for understanding the business needs, requirement analysis, identifying business solutions and validating the pros and cons of technical solution options

Apply knowledge of technology, application, methodologies, processes and tools to support client & product requirements
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

Client Implementation:

Technology Point of Contact for the client implementation


Monitor/resolve/escalate issues to the Senior Leadership Team or delays pertaining to the client Implementation

Work closely with the offshore managers & team to provide a clear understanding of the Client requirements.

Coordinate and Resolve any dependencies working with other teams such as Clinical, Analytics, and Product Management to ensure smooth delivery for this implementation

Organize daily, weekly & monthly status calls with the clients and internal stakeholders

Collaborate with offshore development teams and ensure compliance to all client requirements and provide appropriate training to clients and ensure efficient implementation of all platforms.

Maintain all project plans and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes
