A functional analyst for Accuterm is responsible for troubleshooting existing issues and provide technical support to AccuTerm (Version 8) system users. Therefore, he/she works in collaboration with users from all departments to help them with their daily requests and to implement improvement projects related to the platform. Accuterm Functional Analyst Job Description

Position Overview: The Accuterm Functional Analyst is vital in managing and enhancing the use of Accuterm software. This role involves analyzing requests for improvements and changes, evaluating potential solutions and impacts, addressing technological issues, making changes to the existing interface, and providing essential support.

Key Responsibilities:                                               

1. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Support AccuTerm and D3 Database incident resolution.
• Investigate, analyze and resolve production system problems.
• Advise and assist users with a view to improvement and innovation.
• Develop a privileged relationship with business partners within the company and translate their needs into technical requirements.
• Anticipate issues and risks by implementing controls and associated action plans to secure production launches.
• Actively monitor AccuTerm system performance and implement necessary improvements to ensure optimal functionality.

2. System Analysis and Design:

• Analyze current AccuTerm system functionality and identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.

3. Development and Implementation:

• Develop and test AccuTerm scripts and applications to ensure they meet user requirements and are free of defects.
• Implement new features and functionalities in the AccuTerm environment.
• Maintain and update existing AccuTerm applications to ensure optimal performance.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of AccuTerm with other systems and applications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any issues that arise.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss and resolve system-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in implementation and/or support as a functional analyst.
• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of AccuTerm.
• Knowledge of Red Hat and D3.
• Analytical, adaptive and innovative spirit.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to manage time and priorities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AccuTerm and D3 database
• Familiarity with other software applications and tools used in conjunction with Accuterm.
