The Car Wash General Manager oversees a team of Associates that are committed to providing outstanding customer service. This individual must have a passion for customer service, team leadership, and be hands-on to ensure that their team is properly trained, that metrics are met and exceeded, and CEFCO car wash customers are satisfied.

- Oversees all aspects of assigned car wash location, including:
- Product Management: Weekly metrics, regular equipment inspection, and hourly quality checks.
- Process Management: Accountability for weekly metrics, key financials, and monitoring expenses and budget goals.
- People Management: Hire and train all new employees, provide team development and mentoring, and ensures adherence to safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications
2-4 years' experience in a car wash environment including 1+ years' supervisory experience; possess a strong background in car wash mechanics, metrics, and financials; must have a proactive safety attitude; be able to aggressively promote the business; proficient in MS Office, able to read, interpret, and apply those policies and procedures; able to work long hours including nights & weekends.
