Sr. UX/UI Research/Designer

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sr. UX/UI Research/Designer. You will report directly to the VP of Application Delivery and regularly collaborate with the IT Applications Delivery team .

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Plan, design, and conduct user research to focus the design and development on user needs
• Contribute to the usability testing process from developing user recruitment briefs through to test moderation, analysis and report writing
• Deliver client insight and product research plans
• Turn user insights into actionable design or service recommendations
• Present design/business recommendations and user insights to project stakeholders
• Work with agile scrum framework, User research, Benchmarking, User testing, User interviews, Prototypes, Journeys and flows, Design interface and experience
• Research and provide UX design and development.

Schedule: 40hr/week M-F

Requirements: BS in Graphic Design . exp. in the job offered.
