Product Manager-Personal Lines
Summary: Under moderate supervision and following standard procedures with some independent judgment, supports the product management function conducting research and analysis of company products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts product research for both new and existing products by:
- Gathering information from internal subject matter experts, competitors, industry data, internal reports, and other sources, as appropriate.
- Analyzing data and preparing charts, exhibits and other materials.
- Conducts relativity comparisons for factors such as; base rate, territories, deductibles and coverage limits.
- Supports the rate making process by:
- Assembling exhibits to be used for the creation of rates; including but not limited to, loss ratio exhibits for rating criteria common to the company’s multilvariate rate plan.
- Assembling exhibits to support rating decisions; including the creation of premium and dislocation summaries.
- Conducts ad hoc data queries utilizing tools such as SQL and SaaS to group data for analytical review.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: Level 5: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
