The pay range for this position is $165,000-$215,000/annually. This is a remote based position.  

The Director of sales and Operations Planning will be an integral part of the FreshRealm Supply Chain department connecting the strategic sales initiatives to the operational capabilities of the business to enable the continued growth of the business. This function is critical to ensure that operations are set up to support the expansion of existing customers and onboarding of new initiatives and capabilities. This person will work in conjunction with the Supply Chain Team, Operations, Business Development, and Account Management teams to ensure flawless execution of the business strategy.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop tools and reporting to manage throughput and storage capacities for network 

  • Outline network planning strategy for future growth opportunities defining both needs and current network capabilities 

  • Provide strategic recommendations to capitalize on market opportunities and grow market share 

  • Measure, control, and improve S&OP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics 

  • Capture the ongoing status and challenges to cross functional team including Sales and Operations that will enable effective planning and execution 

  • Implement monthly leadership review of network capacity 

 

Qualifications 

 

Skills and Requirements 

  • 5+ years experience in leadership role 

  • 10+ years in S&OP Planning, Operations, or Integrated Business Planning  

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong analytics 

 

Experience / Education 

  • Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Business, Supply Chain, computer science, statistics, engineering, mathematics, numerical analysis or related field

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.  We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
