Title: Inside Sales Representative
 
Location: Philadelphia, PA
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
•    Proficiency in the product offerings, value proposition, manufacturing, and logistics provided by Genesis Alkali
•    Manage sales and pricing data for access by the commercial team and analyze data for trends to monitor and improve commercial understanding. 
•    Account management responsibilities for a group of low-touch customers with minimal travel required.
•    Monitor and manage leads and sales inquiries including the sample request process.
 
Activities:
 
•    Prepare monthly sales and pricing data for review by commercial team.
•    Utilize sales data to create ad hoc reports or analysis as requested.
•    Facilitate the continuation of existing accounts through pricing management, troubleshooting customer concerns/complaints, agreement maintenance.
•    Initial screening of new inquiries and prospective customers.
•    Review sample and lead data on a quarterly basis for follow-up by commercial team.
 
Skill, Capability and Educational Requirements:
 
Required:
•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
•    3+ years relevant work, preferably in sales
•    Proficient in data interpretation and analysis including experience using MS Excel for large data management
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred:
•    Customer-facing role in a Business to Business (B2B) setting
•    Experience with ERP system (SAP/Oracle)
 
Final determination on pay will be made by Human Resources and company leadership considering the candidate’s education, experience, past performance, demonstrated leadership, and influence.
