Bartender - Bar

 Essential Functions:

• Present bar and wine lists to bar and restaurant guests
• Assess bar guest preferences and make recommendations 
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests 
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks
  Restock and replenish bar inventory 
• Comply with all food and beverage and alcohol regulations 
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and serve wine, bottled, and draft beer 
• Process guest bills or payments and balance cash receipts 
• Communicate with guests to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction 
• Enforce rules and regulations

• At least 4years' experience year of bar and fine dining restaurant experience preferred 
• Must be creative, team-oriented, and self-motivated 
• Able to read, write, speak and understand the English language 
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions 
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced high-volume environment 

• Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and time management skills 
• Ability to clean thoroughly and keep the bar stocked and organized 
• Moderate physical efforts required: standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling and pushing, lifting of weights up to 50 pounds 
• Working conditions involve noise, heat, changes in temperature, kitchen elements, odors, moisture, etc. 
• May be required to work additional hours as dictated by the workload staffing
• Relevant training certificate
