Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn is looking for a dynamic and self-starter Hotel General Manager for its rewarding team. This is a regular Full-Time, salaried position. Candidate must be willing to work weekdays, weekends and /or Holidays. We offer competitive benefits packages and a fun rewarding work environment and growth.


As a Hotel General Manager, you will lead the room and food beverage teams, while ensuring our guests are provided with the highest level of service in a clean and safe environment. The entire hotel department will report directly to you. Your primary duties include overseeing the day-to-day hotel operations. Other responsibilities include coaching and training the hotel team and establishing collaborative relationships among team members. At all times you must ensure that our company policies are applied and upheld in a consistent manner.


Essential Functions:

  • Oversee all aspects of operations by exercising demonstrated knowledge and experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, food and beverage, revenue management and the rooms division.
  • Assists with procurement of operating supplies for all departments.
  • Provide the vision, leadership and strategy to inspire your associates to deliver exceptional service to drive financial success.
  • Work with hotel department to establish goals and objectives that coordinate with the overall hotel wide goals and objectives.
  • Enable innovation and drive results by executing sales and marketing campaigns, understanding dynamic revenue management and driving profit to the bottom line through strong financial controls.
  • Evaluates changes to the guest's needs, the hotel's guest mix and competitive trends to recommend appropriate products/services and operational changes to ensure guest and employee satisfaction.
  •  Demonstrate and promote teamwork among the staff while creating an environment in which all associates reach their full potential.
  • Ensure all par levels are created and are maintained




  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Hotel Manager Director of Operation at a four diamond hotel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent guest service scores/3rd party review sites.
  • Maximizes profit through financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach,
  • Lead by example work style.
  • Knowledgeable of sales initiatives and principles of revenue management.
