Position Summary:

You will be pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients, managing deliverables, and overseeing the efficient execution of client orders. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks including project managing all development for various customer accounts, including all our Customer Relationship Management System tasks and follow-ups on deadlines, and overseeing each phase of a project through production, shipment, and invoicing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in meetings and calls with clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client expectations.
• Manage the coordination of client deliverables, including supplied materials, approvals, artwork, purchase orders, and any special requirements for individual orders.
• Accurately input customer orders into the system, aligning them with customer requirements, purchase orders, and internal pricing estimates.
• Coordinate releases for shipment and provide tracking information upon completion.  
• Provide inventory reports to clients as needed.
• Provide quote letters when required.
• Schedule launches, kickoffs, and pre-pros for various stages of each new project.
• Understand the special invoice requirements for each client and coordinate with the internal team.
• Provide support for Account Managers. If not directly helping, coordinate the right people to support any requests.
• Monitor orders approaching their promised date, ensuring that the logistics team is well-informed about a seamless shipment process.
• Other duties as determined by the Vice President of Sales

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate clarity and conciseness in communication.
• Adaptability in engaging with individuals possessing diverse personalities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
• Enterprise Resource Planning & Customer Relationship Management Systems knowledge
• Technical knowledge is a plus. Must have a general understanding of technical drawings.

• Capable of understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
• Point of Purchase Displays Background Preferred

Pay/Schedule

• Commensurate with Experience
• 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday
