Great Northern Corporation is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Key Account Customer Service Team! Are you ready to make a difference?
Position Details:
- Perform all aspects of customer service functions in accordance with GNC service, quality, accuracy and efficiency standards.
- Provide the critical link between customer, account manager, account development, scheduling, fulfillment and the plant.
- Clearly understand how orders flow through GNC – Chippewa Falls, follows procedures and consistently performs the daily operations this position demands.
Expectations:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a customer relations position creating and processing customer orders and/or two years corrugated experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.
