Position Summary

Under general supervision and following established procedures, the Account Coordinator for the Online Team is responsible for assisting with customers’ requests for service and product information in support of Custom Boxes Now and Bolt Boxes administrative and entry level sales activity. 

Enters orders for products received by email, telephone, initiates live chat or personally from customer or company employee by performing the following duties.

All job responsibilities are to be performed in strict adherence with the company’s Mission/Values Statement and in accordance with established standards for external customers as well as internal customers.

Pay/Schedule

• Dependent upon experience & qualifications
• Monday – Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm
