Buckingham Heights, LLC - a memory care community, is hiring a Business Office Manager (BOM)

Job Summary:  The role of the Business Office Manager (BOM) functions as the "heartbeat" within the community, handling the financial and the people portion of the business.  The BOM is responsible for working with our resident's family members and employees on a daily and is a vital partner within the management team.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Payroll
  • Performs all bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and accounts payable duties.
  • Generates resident billing with accuracy.  Responds to resident inquiries.
  • Performs onboarding process of new hires to include recruitment, paperwork, background screening, assist with scheduling training, and general administration of company benefit programs.
  • Maintains personnel files.
  • Performs tasks related to workers compensation claims, incident investigation and reporting.
  • Assists with monitoring OSHA training compliance.
