Receptionist - Immediate Care
Position Summary: The Receptionist works under general supervision to perform various procedures associated with routine patient encounters; and maintains positive relationships with patients, family members and other visitors, and fellow employees.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; must be able to work in fast-paced environment and perform procedure for routine patient care; must be able to multitask, have good phone etiquette, be a team player, have a neat appearance, and good communication skills; must work well with patients and others.
The physical guidelines for a receptionist include the ability to bend, stoop, lift, sit, stand, and walk for at least eight or more hours daily; articulate speech; ability to work at desk for up to eight hours per day.
Work Schedule: Week one: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Sunday, 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Week two: Wednesday and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. – Rotating shift.
