Training Specialist - EpicCare

Position Summary:  The Training Specialist is responsible for assisting in training employees in EMR software and developing printed and electronic training material for new and existing employees. The Training Specialist will also become proficient in Microsoft Office software, achieve Epic certifications, perform site visits, and conduct classroom and individual training.

Qualifications:  Associate or Bachelor’s degree in education or healthcare field or related area OR the equivalent in education or experience; Working knowledge of computer applications especially Microsoft Office products; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team; Strong oral and written communication skills; Strong people skills; Ability to effectively prioritize workload; Physical guidelines include ability to stand/walk for extended periods of times for classroom management.


Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00A.M. - 5:00P.M.
