This is a union position.

 

HealthRight-360, is a 200 bed residential facility for adult men who are in custody and on parole. We provide comprehensive substance use disorder and mental health services. Treatment episode ranges in time from 6 months to 12 months. HealthRight-360 is a fast-based environment where communication is paramount in order to provide cutting edge services to men in a residential treatment setting as well as their families. Our goal is to reintegrate persons served back into the community with the necessary skills to remain substance and crime free. 

The Administrative Coordinator II is responsible for managing IRPs, the clinical schedules, and randomized urinalysis testing. All data is entered according to the established program’s policies and procedures.

  • Creates and updates client IRPs.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining an effective record management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend new resident scheduled IRP meetings to implement initial IRP.
  • Revise IRPs following 2-week Induction period.
  • Revise IRPs following phase-ups (provided by management).
  • Revise IRPs following employment (provided by vocational).
  • Update IRP binder for CDCR with revised IRPs.
  • Update Master IRP to reflect changes in the clinical schedule.
  • Identify groups that we need to add or remove.
  • Follow group “dosage” per SOMS data.
  • Provides designated staff with Weekly MCRP Substance Use testing Log.

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong math skills.
  • First Aid Certified.
  • CPR Certified.
  • Typing 45 wpm.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must not be on active parole or probation.
  • Ability to pass and maintain a CDCR security clearance, includes FBI and DOJ.
