We are excited to offer a comprehensive scholarship and apprenticeship program to those who are 18 years or older and show a passion for careers in welding, CNC programming or machining, industrial maintenance technology, and belt fabrication.

As an apprentice, you will receive real-world skills while working and completing your education.
 While working as a part of our team, Cumulus will pay for your education, provide benefits and competitive pay ranging from $17-22 an hour, depending on your position and level of experience.
