- Provides administrative support, leadership and oversight for site.
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with various officials and professional workers.
- Serves as the central point of contact for program services; provides positive public relations for all programs.
- Working collaboratively with Human Resources, has responsibility for hiring, developing, retaining, evaluating, disciplining and discharging of program staff.
- Consults with supervisor and/or Human Resources as necessary regarding all legal issues, serious programmatic issues, and critical events.
- Provides administrative supervision of assigned supervisory and support staff.
- Fills in for supervisors as needed; is on-call for program emergencies.
- Participates in annual budget preparation and is accountable for site’s adherence to annual budget parameters.
- Follows agency purchasing and accounting procedures; ensures support and program staff do also.
- Ensures program staff receive annual and in-service training, and coaching, on an on-going basis.
- Participates in Management Team meetings, conferences, and other agency-related meetings, as necessary.
- Conducts regular staff meetings for site staff.
- Ensures that cleanliness and safety standards for the site are met, and that appearance of the site and vehicles are maintained.
- Ensures that member files are maintained in accordance with the Organization and contractual standards.
- Ensures that program data is collected through established protocols to document outcome measures.
- Supports the organization’s mission, goals and management decisions; promotes an empirical behavioral model in program services.
- Maintains an approved schedule and acceptable level of attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position.
- Education – Master’s Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health preferred, but not required. Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience – Management experience required.
- Licensure – Behavioral Health licensure not required, but preferred.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Arizona Driver’s License, 39-month Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle registration and liability insurance that meets insurance requirements. Must be able to provide own, reliable transportation.
- Must possess Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
