We have an important role to play in securing the region’s clean and reliable energy future and seek folks from a variety of disciplines to join us! We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Multimedia Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual elements for training materials (graphics, illustrations, infographics, etc.) and the final polished deliverables for various training solutions, including slides, videos, job-aids, and e-learning modules.

How you will make an impact:

  • Produce high-quality e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate and other content tools.
  • Create interactive user guides, job aids, infographics, and other supporting materials.
  • Utilize design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and multimedia design software to enhance the learning experience.
  • Assist instructional designers with creating storyboards and developing interactive computer-based training modules.
  • Participate in curricula development with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Develop and publish content for training programs via Learning Management System (LMS), external websites, and other distribution methods.
  • Create templates for visual consistency.
  • Maintain a catalog of digital assets and ensure all materials meet internal branding standards.

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, communication, instructional design, or a related field. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in video/audio editing software, and proficiency in e-learning development tools such as: Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with publishing content via CMS and LMS (Cornerstone).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work independently.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite or similar platform
