Iteris is seeking an Regional Sales Support Representative. This is an exceptional career making opportunity in the rapidly growing smart cities, connected vehicles and traffic industry, utilizing AI technologies. The Regional Sales Support Representative is a combination of inside sales, estimating, administration, and technical expertise.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Provide regular reports and updates on lead pipeline status to the sales management team
  • Generating quotes and estimating take offs for customers
  • Process incoming orders for sensors, ensuring accurate product selection, pricing, and timely order fulfillment
  • Liaise with the logistics and operations teams to track order status and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with the outside sales team and partners to schedule product demonstrations with qualified leads
  • Keeping the inventory management database up to date and generating purchase orders to ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Shipping and receiving ITS equipment from our facility
  • Assist the outside sales team with any administrative tasks related to lead management and sales activities

 

What you need to be successful in this role:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant sales software
  • 1 to 3 years experience with Inventory management, estimating and generating quotes for customers
  • Basic electrical wiring knowledge a plus
  • Shipping and receiving experience a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
  • Excellent verbal, and written communications skills

 

Iteris anticipates paying between $32.00 and $35.50 for this role. However, actual pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
