As a Sr. Geospatial Solution Architect, this role will focus on Iteris ClearGuide & ClearData (CG/CD) Software delivery and play a pivotal role in the successful deployment and expansion of our software solutions. You will work closely with our public sector and commercial customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they leverage the capabilities of CG/CD to meet their unique needs. Those with transferrable skills as a Civil Engineer, Urban Planner, or geographer background pertaining to Geospatial preferred.

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery process for ClearGuide and ClearData customer implementations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of CG/CD for customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their objectives and aligning our solutions to their goals
  • Provide expert guidance and support during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and immediate value realization
  • Monitor and drive the growth of ClearGuide and ClearData accounts, identifying opportunities for further expansion and enhancement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any challenges and facilitating continuous improvement
  • Deliver training and workshops to empower customers with the skills to maximize use of CG/CD
  • Contribute to product development by gathering customer feedback and working with the product team to inform new features and updates
  • Travel 25%

 

What you need to be successful in this role:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in software delivery management, public sector is a plus
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale software deployments and customer relationships
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and internal teams. Most customers are situated in the Western US so ideal candidate would reside in the same area

 

Iteris anticipates paying between $135,600 and $151,000 for this role. However, actual pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
