Adminstrative Assistant - Full Time - Residential Center for Healing & Resilience

How will you impact our mission? As an Administrative Assistant for our Residential Center for Healing & Resilience team, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by providing clerical, administrative and operational support for the residential program.

Our Administrative Assistant: 

• Greets telephone callers and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
• Assists with intakes, paperwork, scheduling and client payments
• Maintains client records ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information
• Assists the Executive Director with the program’s financial processes 

Must Haves: 

• Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid, state-issued driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
   

As a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
