BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION

This role is responsible for supporting sales operations through the maintenance of manual and automated incentive programs.  This role is also responsible for making incentive payments adjustments as needed with manual overrides. 

 

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:  This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:

  • Processing of clearinghouse incentive programs via internal software for all dealers.
  • Processing Incentive Correction Requests, Demo Credits, Aged Inventory adjustments, Rental Discounts, Employee Purchase, Multi Unit, Promo, Coupon and Competitive Trade, etc.
  • Reversing retail registration on returned units, mistyped serial numbers, miscellaneous errors, etc. and credit/debit applicable incentives.
  • Review and update Pricing and Incentive information.
  • Process customer incentive rebate.
  • Process salesperson incentive payments.
  • Review and respond to email inquiries from dealers and internal teams, related to (but not limited) to incentive payments, material pricing, and published program bulletins.
  • Understand internal and external processes to define and apply continuous process improvements. Collect, analyze and summarize incentive data through various systems and create ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, economics, or related field preferred.
    • With a degree 1 years of related experience required.
    • In lieu of a degree at least 3 years of related experience required.
  • Proficient in Excel, DocuSign, and other business software (SAP knowledge preferred but not required).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Office and Google Suite; ability to learn and use other software packages with minimum directions.
  • Review, assess and define new process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and organizational with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to multi-task and have a reliable follow up system
  • Able to work effectively independently and with other teams
  • Webinar/Customer Service experience preferred.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Typical office environment.
