Reports to: Human Resources Director
General Purpose of the Internship
A well-rounded exposure to the housing industry through a paid internship rotation for college students interested in a variety of areas of expertise and study. Unlike many internships, KHC interns will spend time with different departments based on areas of study and interest with a wide range of hands-on experience opportunities. Interns will be introduced to professional skillsets and proficiencies to be successful in the workplace, gain understanding of how their areas of interests further the operations of a thriving housing corporation and will develop work habits that lead them to success in their future professional endeavors.
Internship Rotation Opportunities:
Gain experience and knowledge in the following KHC departments:
- Marketing & Communications
- Loan Servicing
- Corporate Planning & Accountability
- IT/Service Desk
- Single Family Programs
- Internal Audit

Education Requirements:
- At least 1 year of undergraduate work completed
- Must be currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate course work
