Offering a Highly Competitive Compensation ($55K-$67K Depending on Licensure and Experience)
**Hiring Bonus: Masters Level = $3K; Applicable AZBBHE Licensed = $5K**

 

Our Community Behavioral Health Clinic is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals of all ages. Recognizing the importance of accessibility and support within familiar environments, we have expanded our services to include school-based programs for students in the East Valley.

 

Our school-based services mirror the high-quality care offered in our clinic, ensuring that students receive the same level of support and therapeutic intervention within their own schools. By integrating our services into the school environment, we can provide more immediate and relevant support, addressing the unique challenges that students face in their day-to-day lives.

 

Hybrid Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm (summer months would be fully tele-health services)

Location: East Valley, AZ (Remote and school-based)

 

Services Offered:

  • Individual Therapy: Personalized one-on-one sessions tailored to each student's needs.
  • Group Therapy: Facilitated group sessions to promote peer support and shared experiences.
  • Crisis Intervention: Immediate support and intervention for students experiencing acute distress.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Comprehensive assessments to identify needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Family Support: Engagement with families to support the student’s overall well-being and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality behavioral health services to students in East Valley schools.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with school staff and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Offer remote counseling and support to students and families.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or clinical setting.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Commitment to professional growth and development.

Compliance:

  • Valid Driver’s License with Reliable Transportation
  • Current Auto Liability Insurance
  • CLEAN 39-Month Motor Vehicle Record
  • Must Be At Least 21 Years Old
  • Must Be Able to Immediately Obtain Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
