About the Role
Job Responsibilities include:

  • Review & Process Therma PM Renewals for your assigned territory/customers
  • Prepare accurate Renewal Opportunities/Quotations in 60 days in advance of expiration.
  • Review and analyze P&L on 30+expiring PM’s (Preventive Maintenance) each month before renewal of the contracts.
  • Negotiate terms of annual Renewals with Customers.
  • Understand the customer purchase cycle and accurately forecast expected close dates.
  • Provide Support to all the stakeholders in Preventive Maintenance Team, work closely with the technicians to ensure maintenance are on track to completion.
  • Work and collaborate with end clients, technicians and account managers to develop a comprehensive proposal for each specific customer sites. 
  • Report results in bi-weekly/monthly reports.
  • Execute and develop low/tech touch Customer Success activities to drive PM Renewal & Customer Health.
  • Set-up new Preventative Maintenance contracts in the system following SOP’s, generate work orders and dispatch to the field technicians.
  • Maintain and track preventative maintenance contracts customer database.
  • Provide full administrative support to service sales team.
  • Establish, update and maintain files, records, and other documents as required.

Job Requirements include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internally and customer facing.
  • Solid understanding of order processing and coordinating with cross-functional departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve Customer Success for internal and external customers.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Demonstrated project management skill and the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Prioritize and perform effectively under pressure.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Candidate with an HVAC service or construction background is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role required.
  • Work Hours: 7am-4pm
