• Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance

• Driven, self-motivated, and willing to learn; highly professional and dependable
• Positive attitude; strong work ethic and good people skills
• Customer-facing customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly, helpful attitude
• Flexible schedule to cover dealership hours, including weekends
• Exemplary punctuality and attendance
• Successful completion of pre-employment background/MVR and drug screening (if a chosen candidate)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
