Occupational Therapist
Summary
The Occupational Therapist will provide evaluation and treatment to residents of the skilled nursing facility as dictated by the American Occupational Therapy Association, given physician orders. You will communicate with families, physicians and other team members verbally and in the medical record and provides staff training and ensure carryover of skilled therapy goals.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science/Arts in the field of Occupational Therapy.
- Registered and licensed therapist in good standing in the Occupational Therapy field.
- At least one year experience in the practice of Occupational therapy.
- Direct care experience one year preferred
