Summary:
We are seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our IT support team at Legacy Health Services. In this role, you will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our business. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements.

Responsibilities:
•    Tier 1 Day to Day IT Support at assigned faculties
•    Install and configure software and computer systems
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware through a variety of troubleshooting methods
•    Guide end users (Internal Customers) through steps to help them resolve their technical problems
•    Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization
•    Documentation of Tickets, Work, Resolve Notes
•    PC and Peripheral Break Fix Repair and Upgrades
•    PC Asset Inventory Management
•    Other projects assigned by leadership
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
•    Experience in IT Systems and Support
•    Understanding basic principles Networking, Carrier Circuits, and Firewalls
•    Foundational knowledge of Cloud-Based Software (SaaS)
•    Experience with support and administration of Microsoft 365 app stack
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
•    Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
•    Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
•    Analytical skills to study problems, logs, and other indicators to troubleshoot PC hardware and software
•    Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
•    Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
•    Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
•    Effective oral and written communication skills 
•    Ability to learn new technology and troubleshooting methodologies though online research, vendor support, problem solving skills

Working Conditions:

  • Periodic after-hours schedules to support technical issues impacting major business functions or resident care
  • Position located onsite at Parma, OH Headquarters
  • Participate in regular after-hour emergency on-call schedule rotation
  •  Potential facility travel (20% or under) as specific conditions permit
