GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY  

The Inside pro Executive builds and maintains relationships with new and existing national account customers to assist and support with product selection, delivery, sales completion and issue resolution. This position also interacts with regional leaders and local sales representatives to identify, qualify and pursue new potential national accounts customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Proactively Identify, qualify and pursue prospects  for national account. 

  • Collaborates and coordinates with regional leaders and local sales representatives to ensure success at gaining business at the national account level. 

  • Cultivates and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities. 

  • Educate and advise prospects and clients of LL products and services to capture new business opportunities. 

  • Develop and deliver sales calls/meetings in a professional manner. 

  • Meet or exceeds sales and services goals. 

  • Maintain detailed and accurate information in SAP/CRM.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS  

Education:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four year college or university, preferred 

Related Experience, Qualifications and/or Certifications 

  • One to three years of experience, in business to business/Pro or Direct sales, required 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting information and responding to questions from vendors, clients, and customers in order to promote products and close product sales 

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume; ability to apply basic algebra and geometry 

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists 

  •  

 

Computer Skills / Special Equipment Knowledge:  

  • Knowledge of LL products, systems and processes, including SAP and I3 

  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) 

 

 WORK ENVIRONMENT  

Individuals in this position generally work in an office environment that involves the use of office equipment, such as computers, copiers, telephones, and other office machinery/equipmentIndividuals may experience occasional exposure to a retail sale and/or warehouse environment involving material moving and heavy equipment (e.g. forklift) where there may be some exposure to moderate noise, outdoor elements (heat and cold) and airborne particles.
